Slurpee Day.

Today is Free slurpee day, everyone should get one. This is our son enjoying his this morning. I decided to redo an end table that Derrick and I have had for a while. I wanted to distress the wood and stencil some cool designs on top.. Here is the transformation.Stenciling the French Lace pattern with cream colored paint. The stencil I bought at the craft store for 1.50 and the paint I already had.
More Stenciling....
Distressing the wood with a hammer, a screwdriver, and sandpaper.

Adding a clear top coat to it all... 3.00 at Home Depot.

Finished product in my home.

I love this piece. It's probably my favorite redo so far. Total cost 4.50.
